Tide players from Florida want to finish with win in home state

Alabama has a history of recruiting some of the top talent out of the state of Florida and getting those players to continue their football careers in Tuscaloosa, Ala. The Crimson Tide’s 2020-21 team, which will compete for a national championship on Monday, is no different.

Top-ranked Alabama (12-0) has 15 scholarship players from the state of Florida on its current roster, and those 15 players will return to their home state this weekend for the College Football Playoff national title game against No. 3 Ohio State (7-0) in Miami Gardens, Fla.

“We’re all very excited to come back home and play in the national championship,” said cornerback Patrick Surtain II, a native of Plantation, Fla. “All our families are going to be there. Bicycle House From ‘Fixer Upper’ Season 1 on the Market for $550K

A charming cottage renovated on the HGTV home improvement show “Fixer Upper” is now on the market for $550,000.

Known as the “Bicycle House” and built in 1910, the dilapidated home in Waco, TX, underwent a top-to-bottom renovation by Chip and Joanna Gaines back on Season 1 of their hit show.

After the makeover, the home was put on the market by its owners in July 2017, at $375,000. The place sat on the market for months, but while the sellers waited for a buyer to appear, they pocketed plenty of short-term revenue.
